If you've found a device that belongs to us, get in touch using the email below. I'll verify the details and arrange a return as soon as possible.
Including the asset number helps us verify the device faster, so please include that in your email.

finding the asset number
Every device has a unique random 4-digit number — something like 2947. It's used to verify your request, and identify the device.
Laptops — Printed on a sticker located on the bottom of the laptop and may also be written directly on it.
Phones & tablets — Located on a sticker on the back of the device and in the Medical ID page of the device.
Full disk encryption
All devices are fully encrypted. Without the decryption key the data on them is completely inaccessible.
BIOS password locked
A bios-level password is set on all devices. They cannot be booted into an alternate OS or wiped without it.
Tamper protection (laptops)
Laptops detect if they've been physically opened. If tampered with, they will not boot or perform any action without the admin password.
Remote lock and wipe
Devices will be remotely locked or wiped at any time. If a device is reported lost this happens automatically.
Heavy protection
These protections are in place to keep sensitive data on these devices safe. Returning the device is the only way it can be reused.
Will you pay me or??
If you can successfully return the device that is lost, a reward may be offered.
